The smallest big wins (because we all need them!)

Happy Friday! I hope you're having a great week so far, Reader!

We’ve started the transition to our school-year schedule (goodbye carefree summer days 😭), and between the usual appointments, homeschool enrichment orientation, and a baby that insists on being held (how is she already three months old?! 🥹), I’ve been leaning on a few things that are making life feel easier..

Since I know you’re always on the lookout for simple wins and little pockets of ease and delight, I just have to tell you about these little wins…

1. Hearth Display
Confession: I bought this ages ago and just installed it this week 🙃. Worth it—the routines feature is already lifting the mental load. My oldest son unloaded the dishwasher this morning without me saying a word. Mind. Blown.

2. Nothing Bundt Cake
Today I got treated to an Oreo Cookies & Cream and Confetti bundtlet (yes, both 😅). It felt like an early birthday treat and, honestly, who couldn’t use more frosting in their life?

3. Home Chef
I don’t use meal kits all the time, but Home Chef has been clutch for those nights where I just want to open the fridge and already have everything I need for dinner (or even lunch). Plus, they’re one of the few services that actually work for our big crew with meals that serve 6, 8 and some that even go up to 12 servings.

I shared my three—your turn! Hit reply and tell me one thing making life a little easier this week. I love adding new ideas to my list.

Warmly,
Ria

Hey friend, Does September feel like a fresh notebook to you, too?Crisp, full of possibility… and maybe a little like a breath of fresh air when you’re not staring at a mountain of half-finished lists? Reader, if you’re feeling that mix of “let’s do this!” energy and “where do I even begin?” overwhelm, you’re so not alone. Between school and extra curricular drop-offs, client calls, and the never-ending snack requests (do your kids also seem like they have a bottomless snack stomach?), our...

Last Tuesday. 3:17am. You jolt awake in a cold sweat. Not because of a kid’s nightmare or one of those weird dreams where you show up to a meeting in your pajamas (though, let’s be honest, Zoom calls have made that less of a nightmare and more of a Tuesday). Nope. You shot up in bed because you suddenly remembered—you forgot to send that client questionnaire. Again. You know the one—the questionnaire that kicks off every new project, the one that should be automatic by now but somehow still...

Hey Reader— It’s school supplies season! … but somehow still short on pencils by day 3. And while my crew is picking out crayons, notebooks, and maybe a slightly overpriced water bottle that had to have the sparkles… I’m stocking up my “mom + business owner” tote bag with tools that make the back-to-school shift so much smoother. Think less “forgotten permission slip” and more “coffee in hand before the bell rings.” Here’s my short list of ClickUp-powered things every multi-tasking mama needs...
